Boring topic eh?
Well, I go out today. By public transport.
I think its been awhile since I appear in public. Hahaha that sentence makes me seems like somekind of celebrity.
But that previous statement is true nevertheless.
Being in public makes me kinda nervous. There are strangers staring at you and once in awhile they come up to u to ask questions.
Example, today, 4 strangers approach me to ask direction.
Why me though?
Do i look harmless when im traveling? Hmmmm
In the sea of boredom, in the middle of chaos and at the bottom of hollow; Life teaches.

Recipe: Non-fried Fried Chicken
If you dont, you are probably not human.
But anyway, I do like fried chicken especially taken with mashed potato and some yummy salad. Still, fried chicken can be unhealthy cos it is a high calorie dish and needless to mention, very oily. Unless if you have a good pressure cooker, it can be very oily indeed.
For awhile now, I've tried to make a more healthier food (though I'm not always successful in that endeavour) especially with those fried ones and ended up buying an airfryer. And. I. Love. It.
So here's the recipe I actually develop using airfryer. However, this recipe can be used with oven as well.

Resepi: Singgang Ikan Tongkol Putih
Ingredients:
3-4 pieces white mackerel
1 inch galagal - cut to big pieces
1 inch ginger - lightly crush
2 big onion - slice
3 garlic - whole
1 asam keping
7-8 bird eyes chillies - whole
1 tsp gula melaka
Salt to taste
Filtered water
1. Put galagal, ginger, onion, garlic and asam keping in a pot. Pour filtered water in the pot; quantity of the water depends on you. I suggest 2-3 cups of water. Bring it to boil.
2. After boil, add in gula melaka and chillies. Stir quickly. Put in the fish and salt.
3. Cover and let it simmer on low heat for 10 minutes or so.
4. Finish. Eat the dish the next day.

Lunch is officially at 4.00pm
Like yesterday, I took a 'nap' around 12.30pm and woke up at 5.00pm (A nap. Right.). Needless to say, I skipped lunch but since I already had my menu all prepared, I still made somethings to eat. But really I shouldnt have bothered though cause I wasnt even hungry which was weird.
This new development is boggling me. The new development being, I'm not being hungry. Its boggling me because I dont know whether this is a good thing or bad thing. I reckon its a good thing because there's a healthy change in my diet nowadays. But its still weird.
Oh well...Dont overthink everything right?
p/s: I think my lunch/dinner/evening tea could be cekodok pisang since I've a lot of pisang. Nyum nyum
pp/s: No cekodok. Only juice. :)

Bawang oh bawang
Take a guess on how much bawang costs these days.
Its rm3 per kilo.
Since Malaysian dishes almost always use bawang, everything gonna be hella expensive.
No wonder perompak is everywhere.

Travelling? No, thank you.
Two weeks ago I was in Tawau. Its a surprisingly 'polite' town. When I say polite...yeah. We were there for 4 days.
Then a week after, I was in Kota Kinabalu for 4 days too.
And this week, im in Kuala Terengganu. Thank God this trip is for 3 days only.
Anyway, what I want to say is, I sometimes, travel. When I say sometimes I mean almost always. It is unfortunate for me cause I hate travel for obvious reason.
So here what I wanna share is what i do to less-hate travelling. Here is what I always practise:
a) buy mineral water before reaching hotel. Like, seriously, drink a lot of water. Makes you less cranky and keep your skin moisturise
b) bring a tin of your favorite tuna with you. I know you can get it from any 7eleven near you but its always more expensive and they dont always carry your favorite. This helps me from starving especially for dinner cause we dont always have access to restaurant nearby. At least the cheap one.
c) buy yogurt and eat it one per night. Helps with digestion. Do you know that sometimes our body dont digest as well when traveling?
d) just bring one pair of jeans. Just one. Im serious. Oh. And just one pair of pj or baju kelawar or whatever you wear to bed too. This is call light travelling.
e) if you can, put everything in your luggage except for your phone. Dont bring anything on board. Less hassle. And always travel with just one bag. Better a bigger bag than a lot of them.
Thats all I remember for now. If you cant do all, at least do the yogurt one. Its awesome cos it works.
This is the view from our hotel.
Right. Ta.
